Cancelling your Appointment

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.

When the practice is closed

If you need urgent help or advice there is always a doctor on-call. Telephone the Surgery number and follow the instructions.  If there is a problem with the Surgery number when the practice is closed please call Badger, our Out of Hours Provider, direct on 0300 555 9999

-If you leave the surgery before your appointment please let reception know.  

NEW ARRANGEMENT FOR BOOKING WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS.

From January 2012, patients will now be able to prebook Doctor appointments at the weekend.  Some limited appointments will also be made available for the Nurse.

If you are experiencing any issues with contacting the Health Centre, please email the Practice Manager at halcyonmedical@nhs.net.

Please note that the Health Centre will be closed at 18.00 on Thursday 26th January to allow for essential staff training.  The Health Centre will re-open on Friday 27th January at 08.30 am..
