If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.
By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.
When the practice is closed
If you need urgent help or advice there is always a doctor on-call. Telephone the Surgery number and follow the instructions. If there is a problem with the Surgery number when the practice is closed please call Badger, our Out of Hours Provider, direct on 0300 555 9999

CHANGE TO MONDAY OPENING HOURS JANUARY 2013
Please note that from January 2013 the Practice will be changing its opening hours on a Monday from 08.00 - 19.00 to 08.30 - 18.00.
Saturday 1st June 2013 & Sunday 2nd June 2013
Please note the Health Centre will be open between 12.00 & 14.00 on Saturday 1st June and between 11.30 and 13.30 on Sunday 2nd June. There will be no nurse appointments available during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
MAY BANK HOLIDAY 2013
Please note the Health Centre will be closed Saturday 25th May, Sunday 26th May and Monday 27th May 2013 for the May Bank Holiday weekend. The Health Centre will re-open on Tuesday 28th May at 08.30.
