Cancelling your Appointment

 

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.

 

When the practice is closed:

If you need urgent help or advice there is always a doctor on-call. Telephone the Surgery number  0121 411 0363 and follow the instructions.  If there is a problem with the Surgery number when the practice is closed please call Badger, our Out of Hours Provider, direct on 0300 555 9999

X-Ray, Pathology And Other Test Results

Test results may be obtained only by the patient.

Blood, urine and x-ray tests usually take about 10 days to arrive and cervical smear tests about four to six weeks.

Specimens should be handed in to reception before 2.30pm for collection and transportation to the laboratory.
