QUIT is the independent charity whose aim is to save lives by helping smokers to stop. Smokers wanting to QUIT should call 0800 00 22 00 or email stopsmoking@quit.org.uk for free, individual, same-day advice from trained counsellors

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.

When the practice is closed

If you need urgent help or advice there is always a doctor on-call. Telephone the Surgery number and follow the instructions.  If there is a problem with the Surgery number when the practice is closed please call Badger, our Out of Hours Provider, direct on 0300 555 9999

-If you leave the surgery before your appointment please let reception know.

CHANGE TO MONDAY OPENING HOURS JANUARY 2013

Please note that from January 2013 the Practice will be changing its opening hours on a Monday from 08.00 - 19.00 to 08.30 - 18.00.

Please note the Health Centre will be open between 12.00 & 14.00 hours on Saturday 22nd June. There will be no Nurse appointments available during this time.

Accident & Emergency Departments:  HOSPITAL A&E DEPARTMENTS ARE FOR SERIOUS ACCIDENTS AND EMERGENCIES NOT MINOR INJURIES OR HEALTH PROBLEMS.  The nearest hospital is City Hospital, Dudley Road, Winson Green, Birmingham, B18 7QH, tel. 0121 554 3801.
